About Cathy

 

Cathy Billings is a Chef & Cheesemonger from the San Francisco Bay Area, where she worked in many of the finest Cheese Shops in the Napa Valley and beyond. Cathy moved to Chattanooga in 2019, and quickly became involved in the local food scene - teaching cheese & charcuterie classes in and around town. While working at Sequatchie Cove Creamy, Cathy paired her nut mixes for farm tours & cheese tastings at the farm. They were a hit and everyone asked "Where can we get these?"

Seeing a void in locally made comestibles that pair with cheese and charcuterie, Magnolia Fine Food Company was born in August of 2021. We currently have three offerings - Chatty Walnuts, Sweet & Savory Almonds & Sweet Heat Sriracha Pecans.
